Happy Thanksgiving everyone! And once again, and I truly grateful for so many of you who visit this little site on the internet to read my work and watch my cartoons. It really means a lot to me, and I hope that you always enjoy your visit. Thank you.
As has become tradition over here at Raccoon Toons, today’s comic strip contains the names of cities and locations where Raccoon Toons visitors have visited from since last year. If you have visited the website at all since Nov. of 2011, then your town or city is listed somewhere in today’s comic strip! Because I totally know where you live! Ok not really. But kind of. Keep that in mind when you turn off the lights and crawl into bed tonight. I’m sure you’ll sleep better knowing that.
The locations were taken from my website statistics which only give approximate locations based on your internet service provider.* So once again you may be looking for a city NEAR you. Locations that appear in large text signify places where there are lots of readers and visitors. So if your town has lots of Raccoon Toons fans, then it will appear in larger letters! (That’s great motivation for you to visit the site more often…)
Metro areas that visit Raccoon Toons the MOST appear in orange. Some of those metro areas may still appear in small letters (I’m looking at you Pittsburgh), because while each of these orange metro areas have lots and lots of loyal readers (enough that I had to color it orange), the actual city itself may not have as many visitors as the cities that surround it and comprise its metro area. Most of these metro areas are in the US, but I did the best I could with you fans over there in England and Canada. Sorry if I counted your city in the wrong metro area. I can’t be expected to know geography outside of my own state let alone my own country. Is Salford even a metropolitan area? I have no idea. It is now.
Click here to see a larger version of this comic strip so you can more easily find your city. Think of it like a “Where’s Waldo” or one of those puzzles from “Highlights” magazine.
And if you DO find your city or town, tag yourself on our facebook page! No seriously, do it. Then they’ll wonder what these raccoon cartoons are and they’ll come here and discover all this cartoon goodness. They’ll realize that you’ve been reading these all along and they’ll think you’re even THAT MUCH cooler for discovering the next big thing. You are so rad.
Happy Thanksgiving! And thank you, for visiting and reading my work. I truly appreciate it. It means so much to me. You guys rock.
Thanks for stopping by. Thanks for visiting. Thanks for reading me.
~Matt

So Wendy finally got back at Michael!
Where’s Milwaukee!? Shouldn’t it be orange? All I can find is “Oconomowoc” which I’d think would be in the Metro-Milwaukee area at least. How can they be there and Milwaukee not lol? Where is it!
It’s in there! I promise! It’s not in super small text either. It didn’t qualify for one of the orange most visited metro areas, but Milwaukee is totally in there.
Sweet! There it is :)
Glad you found it. Although, my stats indicate that you might want to look for your place of employment anyway.
